Lane House is a light filled home featuring stunning artwork from Tasmanian, national & international artists. The home has polished concrete floors & is set over two levels. Ground floor has a queen bedroom, bathroom, dedicated office/study space & full laundry facilities.
Whilst upstairs has open plan kitchen, dining & living space. & main bedroom. The kitchen is a chef's dream! Complete with steam oven, gas cooktop, Kintopour over coffee & Nespresso pod machine. Along with quality appliances, utensils & a dishwasher. The living room is a great space to relax & unwind whilst listening to some records. Yes there is a record player, with real vinyl records- trust us you will love it! Upstairs also has the main queen bedroom, with walk in robe, ensuite with free standing bath & walk in shower.
The balcony upstairs, that runs the length of the home, has a gas bbq & outdoor sitting area, which takes in views of the Launceston skyline.
The home welcomes guests who like to travel with their fur babies. We offer a dog bed, lead & ball thrower for your convenience.
Being on the city's fringe, the home is located within a stones throw of the Launceston General Hospital, supermarket, green grocer & a plethora of choice for cafes & restaurants.
