What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again.

Great Location and Service, But Tired Facilities

I had a fine experience overall. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the ease of the late check-in. The location is convenient, but the facility is a bit tired, and the mattress in my room felt like it was nearing the end of its life. With some updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Upgraded on arrival which was extremely thoughtful. Lady on the desk was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Apartment was spacious and clean. Quite a bit of road noise until around midnight but I wasn’t bothered by it due to not needing an early night.

Awful. The price was cheap though.

Very old place with a strong smell of old carpet. It smells like living in an old car. Staff are offline after 6pm. They didn’t leave me a message for retrieving my room key after hours. Had me guessing the last four digits of my phone to as the passcode of getting the key from the lock box.

The desk staff are very nice and helpful. The property is old and really needs some updates. The fridge and microwave was good but the dishwasher is terrible. You can't hear the tv when the dishwasher is running. The elevator is really loud and you can hear it groaning away when someone is using it.

General cleaning was a lot to be desired

Nice a spacious apartment & staff were lovely & very helpful, but I needed to clean kitchen, bathroom before I could use. Bathroom tiles with mould & hair on the floor which wasn't ours , black scum in plud hole of the bathroom sink. Kitchen cupboard & draws had to be wiped out before I could use , kitchen sink was brown with sains !! Don't think it's had a good clean for month / Years !! No excuse seeing it was closed during COVID.
