Other things to note:
- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.
- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
- Your accommodation is equipped with a 160-litre hot water cylinder, which provides hot water for your showers, sinks, and other needs. A 160-litre tank is generally sufficient for 3-4 average length showers (around 5-7 minutes each). Once the hot water is depleted, it takes time for the tank to reheat. This typically ranges from 2.5-3 hours.
