Tasmania Adventure

The Florance was the perfect place to stay in Launceston! The room was great and Alicia was friendly, helpful, and served us a wonderful breakfast. The self check-in was easy and the directions were flawless. The ramp to the second floor made it easy to access the room. The room condition was great and the whole house was well maintained.

This was a friendly, cozy hotel with great staff and a congenial atmosphere. The food at breakfast was great, as was the environment. The rooms were entirely adequate, though you won't call them luxurious. Overall, it was a great stay with a uniquely warm vibe.

Perfect hidden gem

The hotel is located centrally to the cbd. Rooms are comfortable with own ensuite, tea and coffee. There is also a large conservatory / common area where you can relax. The breakfast provided is next level. The staff (particularly Zoe) were super helpful. If i couldve stayed longer i would.

Wonderful place to stay

What a great place to stay. A beautiful old building that has been tastefully restored and added on to. Our room was very comfortable with nice views across city park. Breakfast each morning was very nice. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of most things to do and places to eat.

Beautiful small inn.

Lovely small hotel/inn. Information was communicated to us promptly about check in process and parking as there is not a front desk. Our room was very nice although a bit small but fine for a night or two. The common areas are lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. The location is also very good.
