"This place is an absolute gem! My family and I (five adults) stayed here for four nights during a road trip around Ireland. By far, this place was the best of the places we stayed. In fact, we could have stayed a month! The views are INCREDIBLE. The home is spacious, yet you can find a place to get cozy with a book or just sit around the table and visit. "My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "

"we had a nice holiday, quality price ratio was reasonable. the cottage is very poorly maintained and not clean. the owner is super friendly. Internet is via prepaid card with limited use costs her €50… each time she tops up. she had to do this twice, she was not very happy with it."
