"Rooms were basic but clean . Enough room for one . Has old fashion radiators to control heat. Small fridge . Staff was great. For me - Jasmin was a great help for restaurants - making spa appts for sister hotels etc . Location is great for walking to restaurants / shops etc."

"Rooms were fairly basic but very clean! Breakfast was mixed, some days better than others, but such a great thing to have as even a meal out will cost you £20-£30 per person. Lots of info and leaflets around for anyone interested. Ample parking out the front of the hotel as well. Overall, excellent value and a great location, I’d stay here again!"

"Charming hotel with warm staff, great food and lovely views. We were so happy to see the northern lights after a fun day exploring the sights. The staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. We loved sipping cocktails in the warm pool and watching the stars. Amazing. "

"Nice hotel , clean and spacious . We had rooms on the 13th floor which I did pay extra for but it was worth it for the amazing view including the northern lights on the last night . We ate in the burger bar on one night food was good and staff are lovely. Really friendly reception staff. Location is right next to bus stop 12 so very easy for tour pick up especially at 8am when it is really cold . Beds are soft and comfortable. Overall a great city centre hotel. "
