"Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. "The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing. "We had a great couple of nights here. We booked room only however after realising the quality of the food, we booked breakfasts and evening meals. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel as a really warm feel about it - especially when you’re sat next to the log fire. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last!"
