Sorry to say the lobby was very disappointing. It was not well maintained and had paper hanging from the ceiling from a poor repair job. The rooms were okay and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean.Bed was reasonably comfortable. Parking was good. Breakfast items were varied however, the hot breakfast was definitely not hot and there was not any staff to keep tables and serving areas clean. The trash receptacles looked like they had not been cleaned/wiped down at the very least for several days.

Only 1 night stay, but the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, I didn’t appreciate the cleaning staff barging in the room, without knocking, a full hour before check-out time. Then, when my husband went out of the room, the staff questioned him about whether he was out of the room yet. Kinda pushy.

End of May, 2 day visit. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was accommodative. Breakfast was more than adequate. TV access and usability was the best I have experienced in a 2nd tier motel: a very appreciated feature. The outdoor presentation is unfortunately very unimpressive -enough to turn many away, I would guess. Too bad. It was well worth the cost and a walkable distance to the KU campus.
