We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a KU football game and it was convenient from the campus, clean & the breakfast was the cleanest I’ve seen in comparison to any other hotel in years. We’ll be coming back for basketball games in the future.

The lobby and room were clean and appeared to be recently updated in comparison to the outside appearance. Front desk staff wasn't overly attentive or inviting. Lots of options for breakfast and was easy to grab and go.

Our stay in Lawrence was less than 24 hours so the hotel was literally a "crash pad". We had other business at the university so we were only there to sleep and checked out by 8:00 a.m. the next day. The first room we were given was a handicapped room, which we didn't need. It was large but full of dead flies so we asked to switched rooms. The desk staff rectified this very quickly and informed us that she and her manager were going to inspect that room right away.

This motel is very nice. It is comfortable and the rooms are very nice. The pool was such a great temperature-we enjoyed a swim before bed. The breakfast was great! I’d definitely stay here again.

I had a really good stay. I met Larry. He was a diehard chief fan. He was a great person very nice. Iwas very helpful. Elfrida in the breakfast was great, and then I met Mr. Stanley, which I was so glad I did. He was such a sweet man his wife’s lucky to have him very friendly and it was meant for us to meet so the hospitality from them was great. We will be returning it if we’re in the area
