The room was clean and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. I work overnight and my lil fur baby stayed in the room. I always let the staff know before I go to work where I’ll be, my number. In case of emergency they have my permission to enter room to retrieve SJ and he don’t act crazy when Mommas not around and please don’t hesitate! This gives me some idea of what type of people they are by their response. 👍

Shower had a moldy drop ceiling that was falling. Smoke detector had a plastic bag on it. There was no lock other than the deadbolt. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly though and it was only one night, but wouldn't not stay again.

After check in i went to my room but it wasnt made up. The old sheets were rolled in a ball on the dresser and there were no towels. I returned to the front desk and informed the clerk and got a new room right away. I did kill 3 cockroach looking bugs, one in the bathroom and 2 at the front door. But other than that it was clean.

Decent affordable hotel in a convenient location. Parking lot entrance is very poorly maintained. Hotel workers were working hard to clean common areas when we arrived which I liked to see. Room was in ok condition beds were clean!

This hotel was difficult to find and get to... the roads leading to it were riddled with pot holes, which of course isn't the hotel's fault, but definitely made the experience not great. The sign that was supposed to point out the hotel, was pointing in the wrong direction... other than the friendly staff... it was downhill from there.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 on numerous visits to Lawrence, and if you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is a solid choice. It's right off of I-70 and only a few minute drive from Mass St. (downtown Lawrence). There is always enough parking, and the motel is almost always peaceful and quiet.

This is an older, fairly rundown hotel with limited services and amenities. But if you just need a place to crash for a few hours, it's fine. Relatively clean and comfortable, shower worked great, and it was quiet. I got the sleep I needed and moved on down the road.

The staff is always helpful. Fridge needed to be plugged in and remote found but I have stayed there many times and they always make it right and are friendly about it.

price and staff were good, but the room did not have a fridge and the ice machine in the hallway was broken 3 out of my 4 nights. First, they gave me a room that stank with smoke and then they gave me a room on the first floor next to the front desk which was noisy.

Lawrence October 2023

The extra fee was not disclosed up front when I made the reservation. That was very upsetting. Also the tv in my first room didn’t work, they moved me to another room and then I had to ask for a microwave which Ashley did bring me. Ashley was very helpful and friendly! Then when I went to take a shower the shower didn’t work. Overall not a good experience. I thank Ashley for trying to help.
