  • Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located at the heart of downtown Lawrence - 9th & Mass. This spacious suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and in close proximity to everything downtown. Windows overlook charming Massachusetts street and large skylights make the suite feel large and inviting. Smart televisions, fully kitchen, coin-op W/D, elevator access, and WIFI. Steps away from all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and retail. STR-23-00058

    Parking
    There is free parking on the upper floor of both parking garages downtown and free two-hour parking in lot behind the building. The closest garage is the New Hampshire Street garage which is one block directly to the East (behind the US Bank tower). There is also free parking and overnight parking in all city owned lots and on Massachusetts street after 6:00 pm until 9:30 am. Parking is free on Sunday.
    The parking also can be paid with the app Passport – which works well and is very convenient
