"The room was dirty. The carpet was well outdated stinky and brown.
There was some sort of bug on one of the beds so of course we checked all of the bedding and mattresses only to find nasty brown spots between both box springs and covers. No bugs thankfully. The tv was outdated as well.
The indoor pool was supposed to be the highlight of this stay but it was unbearably cold and far from relaxing. They could have possibly made up for that by having a hot tub to enjoy but they didn’t have one.
Check in/out wasn’t pleasant either. Checking in having questions seemed to be a bother to staff. At checkout there was one man who was part of the USS Rich group (Navy) in front of me trying to get his bill yet I was there 30 mins. Simply because the woman working the desk was extremely overwhelmed by an apparent dissatisfied customer on the phone, being distracted she handed the Veteran in front of me 4 different bills that were not his. She wasn’t talking to him at all or asking questions only handing him a bunch of bills that were not his. Speaking to him directly only to argue with the man telling him the bill she was giving him was correct. 3 different times he was told it was his bill when it clearly was not. She paid absolutely no attention to what he was saying to her or the fact that he had laid his room key down with his room number on it to help her out attempting to not interrupt her on the phone. It was disrespectful and disturbing to watch. A very unpleasant stay. "
