"Terrible experience. My family checked in and within 15 minutes we were checking out. The room (234) was FILTHY. White stains on the bed skirt, smears all over the walls, insects and what looked like mouse droppings on the floor, crumbs on the floor that were never cleaned up, water damaged floor panels raised up and causing a tripping hazard. Upon checkout the front desk attendant didn’t even seem bothered by everything that I told her, they must be used to people choosing to leave rather than stay in their filthy establishment. I called the manager and was told that I was “already being refunded” but that was a lie. Disputed it with Expedia but they couldn’t even get a response from the hotel. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND if you expect any cleanliness. "

"The hotel is right off route 95 and in an area with travel services. The services aren’t great; but ample. As for the hotel it appears brand new as it’s in excellent condition. Check in was easy and quick, and the room was spacious. Plenty of outdoor lighting for security and the best part for me: 24 hour fresh coffee. They also provide breakfast every morning. It was a perfect stop for us since it is exactly halfway between southern Maine and southern Florida. "
