"Very clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. Definitely an exceptional offering, and we were glad to nab the last room left on our road trip home!"
"An exceptional stay in a bush view lodge "tent". The included activities were delightful (feeding a giraffe was a highlight!), and the three-course dinner was absolutely delicious, as was breakfast the next day. Excellent gluten free options too, which was much appreciated! Staff were wonderful, tours fabulous, room was comfortable and warm despite it being 0C overnight. 'Tents' are starting to show a little bit of age and a little refresh wouldn't go amiss, but honestly this didn't detract from...
"Freshly Renovated rooms, good kitchenette. Bathroom was good, the shower needs to be a little bigger. Friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. "

The accommodation was generally good, but the floor cleaning was a little messy.My child's ball rolled on the floor and went under the bed, but I saw a plastic bottle that someone else had eaten.

"Can't recommend this highly enough. What a fantastic experience. The staff work so hard and were so welcoming. To see Giraffes, Rhinos, Ostriches, Impalas...etc right outside our accom was so special. The only negative I could find was that there wasn't enough time from check-in to get settled and take it all in before the sundown tour. We all agreed that 2 nights would be perfect to fully experience it all and get some downtime to enjoy and watch the animals with a drink from our balcony. All in all it was an outstanding experience and will be talking about it for years to come. "

"Immaculately clean, perfect cottage in prestine beautiful and super convenient location. Hosts went above and beyond, even covering the outdoor undercover pet enclosure when we were at the zoo, when the wind picked up, and preturning the heater on before our late arrival.
