"This was a wonderful stay for my wife and I in Tuscany. Paola and Gianfranco were there to welcome us at the time we said we would arrive, and showed us all of the details of the accommodation. It was well equipped and very comfortable, and the automatic gates to the garden made the accommodation and covered parking very secure. Although we did not speak the same language Gianfranco helped us with a map of his recommended tourist routes and towns. We would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again. Ciao "

"An immaculate property that combines rustic Tuscan architecture with modern amenities inside each room. We loved the comfortable and well-stocked rooms, the expansive and scenic property, and the breakfasts that had a lot of variety."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent."

"Absolutely loved this was in the historic area. Walking with your luggage is necessary as there is no parking close to the entrance, but it doesn't matter, because the location is beautiful, the garden us beautiful, the facilities are very comfortable, the host was awesome and met us to take us to the front door and he was incredibly helpful. We will be back!!!!!"
