"A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees that can be easily avoided by simply booking directly with the property. VRBO provides no value for these fees, they are an unnecessary middleman. "

"Had an absolutely magical stay in Casa Anna! Our family of 6 fully enjoyed the spacious and inviting apartment, including the play room for the kids and the terrace with bbq. Everything was just perfect, and Alessandro and Liliana were just the most kind and welcoming hosts. We even used the communal pool in town, and the kids loved it. The actual town is just so charming, and there are many excellent restaurants. I’d recommend this place to anyone and fully intend to stay there again when in the area. 15 out of 10!"

"A great location from which to see Volterra and San Gimignano. Walking around the citadel and along the river was lots of fun. The main room of the apartment has AC, but it's still warm when the temperature is in the 90s. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Plenty of space for the family to hang out together. "
