"The property is delightfully situated, in the grounds of the owners house. They were very pleasant and helpful. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean, it is well equipped. So much to see in the area. The Owners Direct site needs to be amended on page 5 where it states Air conditioning which it does not have, also towels provided, this would be at extra cost. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "
