This superb 60m² apartment is ideally located, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Main features: Bedroom: An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), small balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Living room: Comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels. Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, hob, and all necessary utensils. Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Terrace: Large terrace with dining table and garden furniture offering an incredible view of the bay. Parking: Free parking space included. Pool & Beach: Access to the residence's infinity pool and private beach. The accommodations are suitable for 4 people, but due to water issues, we prefer to limit it to 2 adults with children. Because of frequent water outages in Guadeloupe, the accommodations are equipped with a 300-liter water tank. This water supply can be depleted quickly if several uses occur in quick succession. It is therefore best suited to travelers mindful of local realities and willing to adjust their water consumption. If you require a level of comfort equivalent to a continuous and unrestricted water supply, this accommodation may not be the most suitable. Unfortunately, we rely on the network managed by SMGEAG, whose schedule is not always adhered to. Other remarks: Air conditioning is only available in the bedroom; a fan is available in the living room, and you will also benefit from natural ventilation from the bay window.
