  • 🏝️ Charming 55 m² duplex with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. Located near the beaches (Datcha and Anse Vinaigri) on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure residence with a shared but rarely crowded swimming pool. You'll have everything you need for cooking; it has all the necessary equipment. All rooms and the terrace are equipped with ceiling fans. The rooms also have air conditioning. You can park your car without worry thanks to the secure on-site parking. A 300L water tank is available to compensate for the recurring water outages on the island. Water network restrictions are to be expected on the island.
