"You can see the Fairmont Frontenac from our window. The room was clean, and if you’re using a wheelchair or stroller, you can use the back door. It is very close to all the attractions."

"Although the room was clean and ready at 2.00 pm (as they told us on the phone), they wanted us to wait until 4.00 pm to check-in. If we wanted to check-in at 2.00 pm, they told us that they would charge us an extra amount. As we had already paid for the room for that night and the room was ready, it was difficult to understand the justification for an additional charge for early check-in. A more flexible and guest-oriented approach would have been appreciated in this situation. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with the level of hospitality we expected."

"Love the Double Tree by Hilton and I am happy they still give a warm cookie at arrival. So delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed my breakfast and found the prices very reasonable. The only complaint I have is the phone that was not working and one of the light was not lighting. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful and they didn’t send anyone to check. Overall good place and I would recommend it"

"The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The room was not to the standard that I saw before. One window shield was ripped, the shower head had mould on it, the wall were covered with black marks, one of the trim was coming apart. Parking were very limited for handicap people. I will not stay next time I come down to Quebec. For that price, it should have a complimentary breakfast."
