"We have stayed here many times when visiting family in Levis. It is close to restaurants, shopping as well. We like the breakfast and the staff always friendly and welcoming. "

"Staff were great. We checked in, went to the room, turned on a lamp and could smell like a burning plastic smell. It got worse and we eventually worked out it was the lamp went downstairs for help and they immediately came up and tried to unplug it .. to no avail. We got moved to another room straight away no fuss. Very good service."

Its only a very short walk to great bars and shops and the funicular will take you up top to even for action. We liked that it was just outside all that action. We would not hesitate to stay again."
