"The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."

"The hotel main reception and bar area is nice, with modern decor. The staff were also very friendly. The room had nice decor and very spacious and there was minimal noise from other guests. It was excellent that the hotel has a water tap offering filtered water (including sparkling) to refill. "The area is really only good if you want to be near the convention centre. There's a bunch of hotels out this way that presumably exist solely for the convention centre.
