We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom. Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast. Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English. But definitely recommend this hotel.

Chambre en bon état , personnel ça va , par contre déjà nous n avons pas pu charger notre voiture , il n était pas précisé que c était des prises normales, je n ai plus la main pour revenir à la fin du texte , je vais vous parler du petit déjeuner : 3 petits pains au chocolat (chocolatines ) rassis , des œufs brouillés industriels ( pour un 4 étoiles on s attend a mieux ) le pain pas génial bref un petit déjeuner lamentable , un jus d orange super sucré , premier couac mais bon … nous sommes allés le soir avant dîner boire un cocktail au bar , très passable , pas de cacahuètes ou autre chose ( l année dernière nous étions allés au renaissance et il y avait tout ça ! on attend sur la terrasse personne ne vient nous voir

I was very disappointed with my stay in Bordeaux. The room had an unpleasant smell, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the entire property is in need of serious renovation. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised — more like a 2.5 to 3-star at best. The location might be convenient, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.
