apartment too small for family of 4 , good location but beach extremely busy
Check in wasn't easy we had to drive to a real estate office to collect the key and was told we had to be there before 1600 this wasn't possible lots of traffic on our very long journey, a time pressure we didn't need ! There is very little car parking space at the apartment we didn't get a space the whole time we were there , unfortunately for us our car was vandalised parked on the street. The apartment is very small for a family of 4 especially with teenagers, there isn't even enough floor space to lay your suitcase down to open it ! The beach is beautiful but extremely busy. The beach restaurant was nice but staff are not wearing masks when serving food. The whole resort was very busy so if you want a quiet holiday with secure parking this is not the place for you !

L’appartement idéal pour une semaine de vacances à deux
Le logement contient tout le nécessaire pour une semaine de vacances sans prise de tête, les repas pris sur la terrasse du petit jardin privatif sont très agréables, la proximité immédiate de la superbe plage de Pramousquier est un atout indéniable ! Notre arrivée et notre départ se sont très bien déroulés, merci à monsieur Malecki pour sa grande gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Malgré le cadre Pierre et Vacances et la proximité avec la plage, nous avons été déçu. Le logement est petit mais surtout mal équipé, trop de proximité avec les voisins d’autant qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation et qu’il n’y a pas d’autre choix que de laisser la baie vitrée ouverte.

Très mal reçus par la propriétaire, qui veut nous renvoyer chez nous alors que nous venons de faire 9 h de route, dit qu'elle n'a pas besoin d'argent, qu'elle a 3 agences immobilières, que ce n'est pas normal de travailler le dimanche. Wohnung etwas unkomfortabel aber gut. Garten eher nicht.
Wir fanden den Urlaub hier gut. Ein „ Laissez-faire“ und Sonnenschein haben geholfen.. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern relativ neu renoviert und wirkt gepflegt. Die Geräte sind gut und funktionstüchtig, einige könnten sauberer sein, aber ok, man kann es ja selbst reinigen. Betten und Bettwäsche, Handtücher sauber und gut. Küchenutensilien waren für uns ausreichend. Ein Glasschaber für das Ceranfeld fehlt, ebenso ein Bodenwischtuch. Die Gesamtwohnanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und der Strand prima. Kritik: Auch, wenn hier mehr Worte geschrieben sind, das Positive hat mehr Gewicht! Zur Wohnung: Kleinigkeiten wie Loser Papierhalter auf der Toilette. Langsam ablaufender Abfluss Dusche. Kritisch ist der lose Sicherheitsverschluss an der Schiebetür unten. Sollte behoben werden. Ambiente in der Wohnung: Wir mussten etwas umräumen, um Platz zu haben. Es ist sehr eng. Die konfuse Einrichtungsstruktur des Vermieters verschlimmert dies und macht die Wohnung etwas unkomfortabel. Guter stabiler Tisch auf Foto 3 (vor roter Wand) aber warum mit 6 Stühlen. Mit 4 Stühlen wäre mehr Platz. Das würde dann auch mit den 4 stabilen Stühlen auf der Terrasse im Einklang sein. Es sind leider nur 3 der bequemen Gartenstühle vorhanden. Wenn der Vermieter hier die Kritik beherzigt, wäre vielleicht auch ein vierter Gartenstuhl möglich? Es gibt einen guten brauchbaren Kühlschrank, aber leider hat der Vermieter versäumt die Tür so montieren zu lassen, dass sie komfortabel von der Kochnische zu öffnen ist. Das Lichtkonzept im Bad ist schlecht für das Rasieren und Schminken. Es fehlt eine Lampe über dem Spiegel im Bad. Zum Garten: Der Garten ist insgesamt gesehen groß. Es ist schade, dass der Rasen kaputt ist. Vor allem direkt vor Terrasse ist viel Erde, so dass man sehr aufpassen muss keinen Dreck in die Wohnung zu tragen. Ob die Bilder in der Anzeige dies widerspiegeln ist fraglich. Empfehlenswert wäre vielleicht an der Stelle die Terrasse zu erweitern, weil der Rasen hier im Dauerschatten liegt und eh nicht wächst.

Top Lage, Top Anlage, Appartement etwas klein
Anlage wo sich das Appartement befindet ist top. man muss sich nur auf viele Treppen einstellen. Anlage ist sehr sehr gepflegt. Die Pflege beginnt auch relativ früh und man wird zeitig dadurch geweckt. Das Appartement ist gepflegt, aber etwas klein. Meiner Meinung nach max.4Personen. Wir waren 2Erw.+3Kinder und dafür ist das definitiv zu klein. Die Ausstattung gibt eine Belegung mit mehr als 4Personen gar nicht her. Kein Platz für die Koffer usw. Oder der Wäscheständer ist ein Witz. Wände sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt von oben. Auch sehr unangenehm, nur ein Fenster zu öffnen für nachts. Mit offener Terrassentür wollten wir unsere Kinder nicht schlafen lassen, daher sehr unangenehme Schlafenszeit bei den Temperaturen. Trotz Hundeverbot am Strand waren dort welche unterwegs, hat keinen interessiert. In der Anlage sind Hunde erlaubt, was sehr störend ist wenn dann beim Gassi gehen nachts/morgens rumgebellt und alle geweckt wurden. Ansonsten Strand sehr nah dran. Sauberkeit ist abhängig von der Disziplin der Menschen. Wasser ist top, glasklar. Nur Vorsicht vor den Quallen, die sich ab und zu zeigen. Insgesamt überwiegt der sehr gute Eindruck durch die Lage und die Anlage.

Un bon séjour au soleil et au bord de la plage
La residence est idéalement placee au bord d'une belle plage ou l'eau est transparente et le sable fin. L'appartement a ete récemment renove et est agréable. Avec 3 enfants c'est faisable du fait de la proximite de la plage mais c'est optimum a 2 ou 3 au total.

Bel appartement dans une belle résidence dans un cadre magnifique ! (appartement propre, rénové. Résidence très bien placée en bord de mer). Propriétaire réactif, carré. PS : l'ajout d'un ventilateur serait un plus. Et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de place de parking avec l'appartement)

L'appartement est tres avenant par sa deco dans un parc tres agreable et tres bien entrenu, le tout a 50 m de la plage. Il y a juste a traverser le jardin pour se retrouver les pieds dans le sable, avez le bruit des vagues et prendre un verre au soleil. Par contre, la piscine est decevante (prof 50 cm) et on doit souvent se garer a l'exterieur.
