Someone’s clothes were left in the washer and closet, the only towel provided was the one meant for the floor (it was a white towel that looked brown). "Stayed a week to participate in L’étape du Tour a cycle race on Sunday, location amazing, beach a stone throw away Cap3000 100 yards to the entrance, loads of restaurants close by cycle lane to go to Nice or all the way to Antibes. Could even possibly walk from the airport, only half a mile away at most. Only possible down side is mosquitoes, take precautions, however many you kill there always seemed to be two or three in the flat, even with the air con on."

"We had a really great holiday in Nice. We enjoyed wonderful terrace with a stunning view. In the apartment there's everything you need (bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc.), it's close to the beach (20 minutes walk, 7 minutes by bus) and to the center (30 minutes by bus), there is a great public transport in Nice.. The owner is a very nice person, very helpful. We highly recommend !!!"

"We stayed here for 5 days. The property is located at the top of the mountain and has a beautiful view from the garden of all of Nice. The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious for all three of us. The appliances were all very modern and the air-conditioning was perfect to keep the place cool.
