"The tub was old with slippery floor. It was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly people."

"The place is very well located and easily accessible. Very clean and good amenities however they dis not have basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper. This should be a must if you have a kitchen. No coffee either so you need to buy your own. Shower is awkward to get into. If you are on the larger side, it will be impossible to get in or out without stumbling in the toilet. We were there during the heat wave and were grateful for the fan supplied and the opening windows however it was still very hot. I loved the inner courtyard with shade and bamboo. Overall very satisfied with Patios des Marais."

"There during a major heat wave, we were SOOOO thankful for the air conditioning. Hotel is very central to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Property is a bit old, but everything was clean and service was good. We would definitely stay there again… maybe just not during the extreme summer heat."

"Great location. Pretty much walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre. We were there during a heatwave, and the ACs managed well. A tip: there no swimming pool at the property, but there's a little splash pool in the park by the shopping centre next door, which is the 2nd best thing for little ones."

"Check in process was easy, staff was very kind and helpful during initial check in. We were promised 3 water bottles as we had 3 guests sharing a room, one bottle was already in the room, we were informed we would get the other 2 later. We waited overnight and decided to go ask for ourselves the next morning. Different staff at front desk said they only give out one bottle per room, and that the previous staff I spoke to was incorrect in promising us one per guest. A little confusing, and second staff member was not as friendly. Otherwise pretty good stay."
