    Fully equipped design villa in a quiet and flowery setting, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

    Located in a residential area 3 minutes from the village of Le Moule, this "Exotic Life" villa has great comfort with its 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, a beautiful living room also air-conditioned and many amenities (3 connected TVs, high-speed fiber optics, kitchen utensils, juice extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, bath towels, bed linen, safe...) in an enclosed space with parking and electric gate.

    Also, a beautiful outdoor space with a secure private salt water swimming pool and its pretty luminous waterfall (heated at the end/beginning of the year), its sunbeds, as well as a second covered terrace with dining table.

    All baby necessities available (foldable cot, high chair and bathtub).
    The villa is also equipped with a filtered water cistern.

    Parking for 1 car.

    Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed. No animals.

Well-equipped and stylish accommodation.

The apartment is spacious, light and attractively designed. It is well-equipped and comfortable and perfect accommodation for two to four people. Both the outdoor balcony and the small pool offer complete privacy. The apartment is located on the outskirts of a residential area with easy access to local supermarkets and a relatively short drive to the beach (Plage de L’Autre Bord). We enjoyed our time here in Le Moule, which is well located for exploring most of Grande Terre. Sandra responded very promptly to our messages.
