The Tournesols cottage is one of four cottages located in La Janais, in a peaceful rural setting, 11 km from Vallons-de-l'Erdre, 23 km from Châteaubriant, and 65 km from Nantes. It is attached to the Hortensias cottage.

Private parking on the property.

Private terrace (west-facing) and enclosed outdoor area. Access to the shared, unfenced 4000 m² garden: unheated above-ground swimming pool (7 m diameter), pétanque court, and ping-pong table shared with the other cottages.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, separate WC.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together + two bunk beds (90x200cm), 2 and 3: two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together), each with a private shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pod coffee maker, foosball table, child safety gate and cot/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). No washing machine.
Included: heating (heat pump), electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: towels and end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory for business travelers - €90).
