"La taille du logement et son emplacement sont excellents. Terrain autour , place de parking. Le village vacance est cool avec bcp d'activité. Bien sécurisé aussi. Par contre le logement n'était pas propre, grosse odeur de renfermé. Une bouteille de febreze y est passé. Les toilettes aussi une bouteille de javel. Une chaise de cuisine où il manque une vis, un vrai danger. Les chaises de dehors 80% avec des fissures a minima. Et je parle pas de la literie ...Bref j'y retournerai sans problème...

"Epictesa property is very close to the beach. You can also walk to the Ocean beach if you want a wilder beach for surfing. The house is very well decorated, cosy, warm. We were two couples with 4 children Very comfortable beds and sofas. All rooms have access to the garden of about 1000 m2 through large windows. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils for cooking and eating, the owner provided us with a barbecue to cook and eat in the garden in wonderful weather. Ideal place to...

"Chalet très accueillant, Chantal est communicative et arrangeante . La décoration est incroyable. Le seul Bémol a été un problème avec la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas bien, malgré l'accès sécurisé du camping, cela n'était pas plaisant. Sinon chalet très fonctionnel !!"

"Ce logement mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement. La housse du canapé était tachée et pas adaptée à ce canapé. Les assises des chaises étaient toutes cloquées. Il y avait des remontées d’égout dans la salle de bain. La douche trop petite pour des grandes personnes. Le lave vaisselle très vieux et très compliqué à mettre en marche. Enfin, l’extérieur n’est pas du tout entretenu….."

"Chalet 327 fonctionnel. Un peu loin de la piscine et des activités mais tranquille. Douche un peu petite, sombre quand le rideau est fermé, un mitigeur serait un plus. Les dalles de la piscine sont à refaire. L'extérieur du bar/restaurant est à renover et embellir. Les soirées à thème pourraient être plus dynamiques. Il manque des animateurs ou un gérant pour l'ensemble du village. Le village est entretenu dans l'ensemble. Enfin, il faut une voiture pour voir l'océan, la plage de la Hume...

"Le chalet est tres bien, bien aménagé, agréable a vivre. Et le plus pas de voitures qui passent très calme, lac à proximité, et l'océan à 20 minutes sans bouchon, le rêve. Je recommande cette location. Et j'espère y revenir un jour."

"Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit bei der Organisation von Fahrrädern und gaben wertvolle Informationen für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Arcachon und die Dune de Pyla sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
