Spacious 3,000 Sq. Ft. Lodge W/ Hot Tub, Walking Distance to Clubhouse Pool!

You've found your newest favorite vacation home here in the wonderful Black Hills! Just a short walking distance over to the main Powder House Pass Clubhouse with 2 pools, game room, and more! Off Track is an amazing new 3,000+ sq. ft. property located just off the highway on a fully paved road within Powder House, with very easy access to the ATV and snowmobile trial system and the main road that connects you into Lead/Deadwood!

You'll be surrounded by wonderful ATV/snowmobile trails, close proximity to skiing at Terry Peak and a short 15 minute taxi ride into Deadwood! Trail #5 snowmobile trail is right across the subdivision road from the property as well! Spearfish Canyon is also just 5-10 minutes away with is great fishing, hiking, and waterfall attractions! Some of the best features of the location are you'll have fully paved roads, hi-speed internet, plenty of parking and an additional overflow parking lot for trailers that everyone in the subdivision has access to on a first come, first serve basis. You also get access to the Powder House Pass community clubhouse that includes a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, outdoor heated pool, a larger summer only pool, and gas fire-pit area!

The lodge has an open concept with the well stocked kitchen, living, and dining room that seamlessly come together with a large vaulted ceiling with floor-ceiling windows! There's comfortable seating in the main living room, a large TV and fireplace. The Main level living area leads out to covered deck with a private forest view. There's a gas grill on the deck as well for those days enjoying a day grilling with your family and friends!

The lower level is complete with a large TV for watching movies, and walk-out to the covered patio that includes a hot tub! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a movie while on vacation, or sit under the stars in the hot tub.

This house was located in a very convenient area for us. We came to do SxS trails and found it was very easy to get where we wanted to go.Parking was excellent. We were able to comfortably park 4 trucks with trailers and the garage was big enough that we could park our SxS in it at night.The house worked out great for us. 4 couples and we each had our own room with king size beds and bathrooms.The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Everything felt clean and new and was very spacious.

Beautiful get-a-way!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location in the hills. Check in was effortless and the contact with the host was awesome. Any questions we had were quickly responded to. The kitchen, grill and huge table were way above what we needed. We have stayed in a cabin in the hills every year for the last 5 years and this was one of our favorites. The layout was perfect for three families, one in each floor. Access to the pools was a great way to end the busy days. Thank you for a great experience!!

Beautiful home perfect for our family

We loved our stay! One requirement I searched for was a king bed for each couple and bunks for the kids…The hot tub was amazing and well kept. Lots of blankets and throws for snuggling.

Great House for multiple couples

We had 4 couples stay for a few days of UTV riding. It has a great location. There is allot of space to spread out in the house and having 4 king bedrooms with their own bath was great! Highly recommend it!

Remote but central to many activities. Clean, new, and high-end.

We stayed three nights and had a great time. The home is clean and comfortable. Everything is new and nice. I would definitely stay again if I vacation in the area again.

Great home and ideal location

Location worked so great for us to jump on snowmobile trails. Home was great size for group of 8. Used the fireplace every evening after a day of being outside in the cold. Really liked the massage chair as well. Laundry room and heated garage was great for gear. Would recommend and stay again!

Family vacation

Wonderful property to stay at! Very clean. Great beds! Plenty of room for 15 adults and children. Plenty of kitchen cabinets. A huge bonus was the 2 swimming pools just a block away for the VRBO housing development. A little short on kitchen utensils/small appliances. 1 full size fridge and 2 wine cooler fridges. Washer/dryer. Large awesome deck with 1/2 covered. Great place to ride rangers from. Would highly recommend this to any families.

Great Off Track

Off Track was very nice and everything we needed and wanted. Coffee maker didn’t work first day but manager was right on it with new one by the time we finished riding our Utvs that day. Our thanks to him for prompt response. Loved the roominess and location

Family vacation

“Off Track” was even better than it looked online. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we especially enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the evenings. Trails, swimming, hiking, shopping…plenty to do!

Great stay

My family and I which included my husband, myself, and our three adult children came for a short vacation but wished we’d booked a longer stay after seeing the house and the beautiful nature to enjoy in the area. We found the location to be central to various day trips actually the perfect location to us!! The home was sooo comfortable and had plenty of room for all to have their own space and great communal areas as well. We were talking about a return trip and would definitely book the same house. We would all highly recommend.
