We really enjoyed our stay, nature and access to the outdoor amenities. We made wonderful memories and everyone was more than friendly and helpful. The cabin we got was more than enough that we needed to gain calm through nature and its surroundings. Local foods were delicious and staff was inviting. A definite must stay again kinda place.

This was a find! What a special place along the mountain roads outside of town and beautifully situated with a stream and amenities to enjoy in back area. Nice big room with kitchen and grill. Friendly staff. The best thing was Buddy the cat, the owners kitty who resides on property, helped us feel right at home.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the multipurpose room. We were disappointed with the actual room. We were expecting a little more from a rental labeled "deluxe cabin". The shower was the size you would find on a cruise ship and there was one chair and two bar stools in the room for seating. We used the chair to hold our luggage. The clothes bar encroached on the high bed. This property would have been perfect when we were younger but presented challenges for an older couple.

If you want to experience nature vibes and escape the busy city noise from the other location in the black hills, Whitetail Creek is the best option I would recommend! Very accessible, just along the highway. Very clean, staff are friendly. The Creek, the chirping birds and the trees! The amenities in the cabin are complete. It exceeded my expectations. All the things that we needed in our stay are there. I love that they have the home size fridge unlike what hotels have. If I could go back again, I would definitely book this again.

A treasure in the Black Hills

This little motel is fabulous! It's so clean and the hosts are very friendly. The bed was comfortable and all amenities provided. There's a beautiful little creek behind the motel and cozy gliding rockers to sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook going by. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitely be back.

Beautiful property along a stream. Great staff that was prompt to respond to any issues we had, which was only one minor problem with the heater. Very helpful in providing us with ideas on must see attractions and best driving routes. Highly recommend this resort.

It was an amazing experience. We had the club cabin & were so happy with it & outside of it too. Creek running right behind our cabin. Drank coffee in the morning watching the water rush by. Highly recommended!
