"The staff are realy helpfull We enjoyed ower stay but the rooms realy need updateing and the plumbing needs sorting out"

"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."
