You`ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one bedroom and a half bath on the main level with the kitchen, dining, and living room, and a large den with a 3/4 bath downstairs. When you`re not exploring Leadville`s restaurants, you can cook meals at home in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill when the weather`s warm. Enjoy classic Colorado mountain views both east and west, the sun room, and the spacious deck with southern exposure. Historic downtown`s shops and museums are just a one-mile walk, bike, or drive away. The best in outdoor recreation is easily accessible, from quiet hiking and fishing trips, to snowmobiling, skiing, and even zip-lining! Back at the ranch, modern comforts like cable and WiFi make you feel at home, and the garage is perfect for safely storing your gear. Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is just a mile from downtown. Free off-street parking is included.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
