"Spectacular! We had 3 families up for a long weekend at Patoka Lake. Location was better than perfect, quick 1 mile drive to the boat ramp, restaurants were close, town a short drive. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property. Attention to detail was top notch: super comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances, and serving ware for grilling out. The fire pit was awesome-thank you for the s’mores and a lovely vacation spot! Communication with owner was easy with quick...

"The accommodations were nice it met all the standards, was nice having a hot tub !!!and a fire pit!,but the kitchen was lacking in supplies ,could’ve been more skillets, only one tiny one. There could’ve been big bows other than cereal bowls, whisk or mixer would be nice maybe a few more pots and pans, but other than the kitchen, everything else was up to standards "
