"Property in good condition overall. Mainly booked this property due to the close proximity to the University of New Hampshire and downtown Durham. Rooms are modern. Shower was decent. Beds are comfortable. I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and one thing that's a negative is the quality of the hot breakfast has deteriorated....but it's still a good perk they provide a hot breakfast included with your stay. "

"This was a convenient place to stay. The room is spacious and has what you need in the way of a table and chairs, desk with chair, tv, fridge and microwave. The problems were that the room wasn't cleaned well, and the bed was sagging in the middle. "
