holiday home is on the ground floor of an ancient building, in a
complex of two similar units which are independent but can, if
necessary, be communicating (and accommodating up to 8 guests).

The apartment is independent and its majestic star-vaulted ceilings with exposed stones make it unique.
It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. The outdoor area, shared with the adjacent unit, is accessible from the bedroom.

The property is on via Idomeneo, one of the main streets in the old town centre of Lecce, within walking distance from the most interesting and beautiful spots in the heart of the Baroque town.
Lecce
is a charming town, characterized by its white stone that refects the
rays of sunshine and makes the light on the churches and buildings
unique. The old town centre is a limited traffic area during some time
slots, but it is not difficult to park just outside the area.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
