Bed condition was so so so terrible. Heating system was terrible need to wear thick clothes for sleeping. No parking near hotel. Nearest parking lot €15 for half day. Included breakfasts was one bread and one drink. Only good thing was property location.

We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. We pushed the issue and suddenly our rooms were available again. Rooms more spacious, better location but really run down. Beds were dipping in the middle or sloping to the sides. Complained but we were told they were worn and nothing to be done. A/C didn’t work, they said they were coming to check and 1 1/2 hours later no one had come. At this point it was midnight. Towels were smelly. Mold in the shower and you would think that windows were always open since all sounds came through. Really nothing positive about our stay. The client’s comfort is definitely not a priority! Stay away from this place!!!!

Personale molto cortese. La posizione è la cosa migliore. In pieno centro. La stanza abbastanza vecchia, c'era un odore di chiuso abbastanza nauseante. Sarebbe sicuramente da rimodernare.

Céntrico pero con poca calidad

La habitación está situada en una zona céntrica y monumental de Lecce. La cama no era cómoda y el colchón olía mal. Además, la ropa de cama era vieja, con algunos agujeros. Se escucha mucho ruído de los vecinos y el aire acondicionado, aunque funciona relativamente bien, no es silencioso. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, servido en un café cercano.

PÉSSIMO

Atendente mau educada, as chaves são difíceis de abrir as portas, quase fiquei para fora do prédio, detalhe a noite e não tinha ninguém lá para ajudar abrir caso precisasse, banheiro cheio de mofo, cobrança extra, fala que tem estacionamento mas é mentira, é na rua. Não tem café da manhã, eles te dão um voucher para ir em uma cafeteria, podendo tomar só um café e um corneto, nem a foto do quarto condiz com a acomodação.

Localização é excelente. Precisa melhorar colchões e roupas de cama e toalhas. Banho água quente e fria abundante. Ducha manual dificulta . Limpeza do box não é boa.
