"This is a beautiful Manor House in equally beautiful grounds. It is a very comfortable and calm place to stay and the room was large with everything needed with a lovely view over the grounds. The staff are very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked dishes as well as a buffet with cereal etc, as was the Sunday roast dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt it was very good value for money. This is now our favourite hotel on the Wirral. "

"Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping."

Convenient taxi rank opposite and plenty of shops if you are staying a bit longer and want to use cooking facilities in the apartment. Self check in works brilliantly as all details are sent in advance. Discounted parking is a five minute walk away. Absolutely perfect, definitely recommend "
