"This was the second time I stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. I want to give a shout out to the breakfast staff, Soheir who kept the breakfast items hot and quickly restocked and the breakfast area immaculate. I also appreciated front desk staff, Anita and Tawanna, who made us feel welcomed. I recommend this hotel if you visit Fort Myers."

"The staff are always soo attentive! Every time I visit Fort Myers I stay at that hotel and the staff gets me in and out even down to the staff who so kindly cleans the rooms. I travel with a physical disabled mother and highly active autistic brother and they accommodate our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is quiet so my brother is never overwhelmed by overbearing noise. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience everytime I stay"
