"Our stay was PERFECT! The communication was spectacular! Last minute, our hosts kindly accommodated a big request & adjusted our stay to one day earlier check-in. Anytime we had a question, Vanessa answered, and offered guidance within minutes. Her recommendations were spot on. The home was clean & spacious & the views were gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of 6, including our four adult children. We took in serene sunrises every morning. Our boys kayaked daily. We loved soaking in the hot tub at the end of our days. We enjoyed hiking the rocks along the beach and looking for shells together. It was exactly what we were looking for, only better. We had the perfect amount of privacy; and enjoyed relaxing as a family together daily by the pool; the lounges were so comfortable. We had plenty of shade and sun The layout of the home leads itself to this. The water was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed renting a boat from Georgetown one day. Our boys went on a few fishing excursions, they caught more than enough to feed all 6 of us several nights. We had excellent supplies in the kitchen. We love to cook and did so almost every night. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, including a plethora of spices, knives, serving dishes and cooking pans. It was so nice to have filtered water readily available at all times. We loved having the washers & dryers too! Honestly, this was our favorite family vacation we’ve experienced. We hope to return! "

We had a medical emergency which required immediate attention. They escorted us to their personal physician and waited for the treatment to be completed before bringing us back to the house.We recommend this property with full confidence."

"Villa Oceania was the perfect getaway for my family. The property is minutes from the airport but we never heard, or saw, a plane over our 5 days. The Villa is central to the island easy access to sites. The house was spacious, very clean, and well stocked. The back was heavenly with many places to relax by the pool, or take a kayak or paddle board. They even had wave boards and beach toys.Each time we came back to the property it took our breath away. We didn't want to leaveHighly recommended!!"

"Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!"
