"Phone number given in booking and on website didn't work. Quick email reply though as I was arriving late in the evening I wanted to make sure I was able to pick up the key. The key was in a safe and all worked beautifully. I didn't get the wifi password, and a bit of a noisy neighbour first night but otherwise all good. "

Easily walkable to convention centre and cbd, day and night, and as we didn't research supermarket business hours very well, we found the bonus restaurant downstairs was very handy for morning buffet breakfasts! The utensils were clean and functional... small things like a couple of shopping bags in the pantry were a really nice surprise and very thoughtful. The location was great, and despite the building being on a major road, close to the city, it was quiet. Fantastic instructions regarding the check-in process made it simple to access the apartment. Would recommend this place for a family to stay."
