The highlight was definitely the daily breakfast buffet at Hearth Restaurant. We had breakfast there for three days and the food was different every day, delicious, fresh and full of variety. I would definitely rate Hearth’s buffet breakfast 5 stars! The coffee was also fantastic. The staff at breakfast were also friendly and attentive

Lovely spacious room and wonderful views from the w8th floor. The spa treatment I had here was one of the best I've experienced! General service was friendly but just ok - some unclean dishes/ glasses when room service was brought to the room and limited array of room service food in my opinion. I didn't feel staff went over and above to deliver exceptional service as I have seen elsewhere.

Great stay, absolute luxury. Breakfast was not the best we have had on our trip, but thats just some feedback. The welcome drink and snacks at the pool were a great idea. There was a concert nearby that the room shook while it was on. Not the hotels fault, just not very considerate of the event.

Maeva on the concierge was amazing. From check-in to check-out she made us feel so welcome. Her kindness and professionalism was beyong fantastic.
