"Apart the room overlooking the beach and the apologetic receptionists were the only positives. The toilet had excrement on the seat. The cupboards in the kitchen had like a black mold and fluff on them. The handles weren’t just grimy and sticky. The doona on the bed had once again stains from human interaction. One of the pillowcases looked like it had been in contact with a very dusty surface. Photos were taken and shown to the receptionist She was very apologetic replaced the pillowcase for me. I asked for some spray and wipe to clean the toilet (She did offer to come and do it for me) It’s disappointing to have these issues especially for $$ you pay. Maybe they need to do some checks on their rooms to make sure they’re up to scratch."

"Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready. The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible… Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area. This ‘resort’ should not be given the name resort as it is entirely misleading and it should absolutely not be listed on a well regarded and popular booking forum. We had an 11 month old baby with us & it wasn’t safe to let her roam anywhere. We put one of the beds against the door of the room so we felt safe enough to sleep. Yes it was cheap, but cheap & nasty. I would have paid double and more to stay somewhere clean & safe. "
