"Absolutely beautiful property and a great hangout spot! The outdoor area includes a patio with outdoor dining area, lawn games, kayaks, a hammock, and river access (in addition to the beach access down the street). The property was modern, comfortable, and the perfect hangout spot. Super close to fun shops and places to eat in downtown Glen Arbor."

"Jeannie called early afternoon to confirm our arrival time which was helpful. She met us as we arrived, walked us through the unit and communicated all we needed to know during our stay. The studio was very clean and had a wonderful screened in porch which was lovely for coffee in the morning! We would definitely book this place again."

"Our family stayed for the week at this lake cottage. Communication was great. The lake front is shared but very beautiful! I would say it’s perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Also be aware that you must supply your own linens (sheets for beds & bath & beach towels.) We had a great time and loved being right on the water."

"The house is in a great location and fit our family fine. Lots of parking and dog friendly. The house was not clean and we had to wash some sheets when we got there. A dirty band-aid and lots of dust under a bed. Landscaping by the lake was overgrown and access to the lake is in a small corner of the property. Kitchen table only had 3 chairs for some reason and was not very well stocked. Also, one bedroom that is advertised as having a king size bed was only a queen."

"Although a little on the rustic side, it’s very clean and the location couldn’t be better. The pavilion is an absolute Jem for enjoying sunsets having fun with friends and family. There’s plenty of grilling accessories, the kitchens are well stocked and the mattresses and pillows and towels are all first class. All seven of us really had a great time and we’re already talking about coming back again next year."

Charming & renovated airy Train Depot turned cottage steps from Lake Michigan

"The house was great, like stepping back into history. Location was fantastic. Beds were small and not very comfortable. The hot water heater was not very efficient. Could not take a bath and a shower at the same time without running out. FYI, the stairs to the loft are very steep, probably not great for really young children. If the beds and the hot water issues were resolved, I would give it five stars."
