"The cottage looks exactly like the photos. It is small but very cute on the inside. We loved the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach that is on the property. It was very clean upon arrival. It probably could use some updates but we loved that there was a grill for the cottage and chairs to be outside."

"It was a very cute cozy cabin. It had all the basic necessities including oven, microwave, refrigerator which was nice but the cleanliness of the house was below average. Dust could be seen on the walls, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. There was splatter of some kind on the bathroom wall just above the mirror. The dish rack once we pulled it out from under the kitchen counter was gross. The heater when it turned on rattled very loudly. It sounded like the fan was broken and hitting...

"We loved staying at this little cottage. They did a great job on the remodel. Cute and cozy. Great view. All the furniture was very comfy. I would recommend bringing water shoes lake bottom more of a sand/clay mixture. Firepit was very nice. We had a great time."

"We chose to stay here while our 12yr old was horse showing at Flint Fields. It was a bit of a drive but not unreasonable. Kept our youngest happy because she hates going to horse shows. We also have family on north lake Leelanau so it made it convenient. House is clean, comfortable. Not fancy. Honestly, reminded me of going to my grandparents lake cottage when I was a kid. Was like a trip down memory lane."

"Location and beach access are both amazing… Privacy is amazing - beds are comfortable The house it’s self needs some updates! We stayed here last year and the toilet had the same leak as it did a year ago. Wallpaper’s peeling, furniture is old and musty smelling, the stove works, but definitely takes a little longer to cook things. You get what you pay for. Not bad … just not great!"

"This rental property was everything we wanted and more. The views of the morning sunrise were amazing. This house had every little thing you would need. Everything was very clean and the towels were like clouds of softness. The kitchen is nicely stocked along with every other room. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch. There was plenty of wood for an outside fire but it was a little too cold for us this time of year so we skipped doing that this time. We definitely look forward to coming...

"Cottage was a bit more rustic than pictures indicated. It was very musty when we got there. Had to air it out and burn candles to help the smell. Water is very mineral smelling. Recommend bringing your own drinking water. Beds were comfy. Loved the life view, bonfires at night and close proximity to vineyards,"

"This home is absolutely lovely in every way. Two couples stayed and the set up was perfect. Ensuite primary bathroom and second bedroom with bathroom right next to the room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was perfect accommodations. Thank you Kim for a fabulous stay at your home. The little touches like snacks and wine left for us were lovely as well."
