The space
The building is on a main road of Lake Tippecanoe. It resembles and old-time barn complete with a copper roof, green siding, and red doors. The Wave, as I affectionally refer to it is in the top half and occupies about 2500 feet. It is spacious! There is plenty of parking and space for your boat trailer if you bring your own. Just a short distance from the historical Tippy Dance Hall which can serve (for a small fee) as a boat launch.
Just a stone throw away is T24 and the lake front home of the hostess. Guest may use the pier space for lake access and swimming at leisure. Pier space is available at an additional cost.
