"There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the baseplates for the standing light fixture were rusty, there was no ice bucket. The check-in front desk person, when I walked in the lobby, muttered in a negative voice, "Here comes another one." He was not really friendly, but did his job efficiently. I need to book a 5 night stay in Columbia beginning this weekend, but I will not book it in this hotel. Oh, and the drapes did not close completely, and I was on the ground floor, so my privacy was compromised."

"The gentleman at check-in was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was especially pleased with how secure the building was - there were cameras covering the entire parking lot and entrance/exit doors required keycard access. I didn't use any of the public facilities (gym etc) but they too were clean and secure. They required a $50 non-refundable deposit for pets but that wasn't surprising - the low room rate kept the price reasonable. DirecTV in the room was a nice bonus as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stay here often when I just wanna get away and be alone. It’s nice quiet and it’s not to expensive. The staf is wonderful here."

"We were impressed with our stay start to finish. The hotel front desk couldn’t be more friendly. The hotel was super clean and the rooms spacious. Had great grab n go snacks/drinks and an excellent bar/restaurant with good food and drinks! The bartenders are super friendly and provided high level customer service! Parking is ample and lots of food around. Right off of I-26. "
