"I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised with air conditioning. When I check into the room, the room's AC was broken and has not yet been fixed for the entire stay. We are in a major extreme heatwave in Paris with temp of 102 F without AC and the property was unable to give us another room with working AC. The hotel manager even refused to directly communicate with us. Expedia tried to call the hotel multiple times to escalate that you should for us but the hotel never answer...

"On the positive side it was in a great location and clean on arrival but that’s where the positive end. There is no reception (noted on the website) but when we communicated when we were to get our access codes (on 2 separate occasions) no response. Eventually we only got an apparent automated message on the day we arrived , with no personnel reply to our messages ( were they even read? ). The small studio was accessed by a closed corridor (secured by a passcode) which had a stale damp smell...

"I was skeptical at first but we LOVED the Pepper and Paper apartment! From the description, I could not tell if there was 1 or 2 bathrooms or the difference between Comfort and Premium 2 bedroom apartment but when we got there, they upgraded us to the Premium 2 bedroom apartment which was great for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). The place was beautifully decorated and exceeded all my expectations! 1 bedroom had a king bed and the other had 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. The mattresses...

Solo con un detalle para el acceso, ya que nos mandaron un correo solamente al registrado en la reserva, no al del usuario de hoteles.com y el no vió el correo antes de la llegada. La llegada es autónoma y depende de codigos de acceso, por lo que debes de estar atento y tener estos datos a la mano antes de su llegada. La localización es excelente, la decoración es de muy buen gusto, todo funciona perfecto. Tiene aspiradora, aire acondicionado...
