I didn't get the lady's name, but the front desk lady who checked us in (Sep 16 around 11am), and out (Sept 20 aroimund 10:30am), was excellent, very friendly and professional. She was the perfect front person for the hotel (any hotel). We had the family room with 4 twin beds, which was exactly what I was looking for, for 4 adults (2 of us cousin moms and 1 adult kid each). We LOVED this quaint, beautiful little hotel in Paris! We travelled as a group of 6 (3 couples), and we all have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. It is within close proximity to almost everything. We walked everywhere - to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre and many more places. These aren't around the corner, but it's a nice, short walk - less than 2 miles. LOTS of restaurants on the same street and around the various corners! ...

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of the water carafe left each day in the room. This was so nice after spending long days sightseeing. This stay was extra special because our daughter had stayed here last year when she was proposed to! ❤️ We’ definitely have wonderful memories of this hotel and hope to return again soon.

The room was very clean and nice as the lobby. A little bit small but it makes the hotel very cousy. The staff si very nice, they provided a map and explained how to get to the places we were interested in and how to get back. There is an awesome bakey at the end of the street, right infront of the metro station.

The staff is wonderful. We arrived a bit before checkout and they had the cleaner clean the room so we could move in. The morning breakfast in our room was great with lots of options and the hot items were hot, the cold items were cold. It's off the beaten path but within easy walking distance to everything in Florence.

We always stay in the Montparnasse area and this hotel has been our best find after 6 trips to Paris. Location is great - close to Port Royal RER line to and from the airport and also Vavin metro stop right around the corner. Hotel was well maintained, breakfast buffet was excellent, room size is fairly large by European standards, and all the staff were very professional and helpful. Many restaurants in the area, so no need to go far for a great food experience. We plan to return to this hotel...

Quiet, clean, reasonable, great breakfast and an easy walk to Gare Montparnasse.

My wife and I flew into Paris for her birthday weekend. Do to the short time in Paris we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful city. The receptionist was amazing taking her time to show us the fastest way though the city. The room was small but I already expected that from the pictures so it didn’t really bother me. Easy and cosy atmosphere, and fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Not a Ritz, but that’s a compliment, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced home-like hotel where everything is relaxed and not at all posh. The very warm welcome for exhausted travelers arriving late at night made us especially happy! Fridge in the room, A/C for warmer days, and a warming system for colder ones, beautiful, spacious, modern and functional bathroom (i.e. a shower with a non-UK-style joke of a tap, so...
