"The hotel is in a great location and is very cute for a budget option. However, the 2nd floor was incredibly hot, even with a portable air conditioner. I could not reach anyone outside of reception hours. I was concerned about possible bed bugs and basically brushed off. Overall, the concierge was very nice, the room was clean, the location was great and the room rate was affordable."
