"Il palazzo è bello, la camera pulita. Purtroppo le porte non si aprivano sempre, ed era possibile aprirle con la app solo per una persona su due. Di notte ci suonavano gli vicini che non riuscivano aprire la porta. In doccia non scendeva giù l’acqua, sarebbe da pulire lo scarico. Per il resto la casa era comoda, pulita e la zona bella e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro. Grazie!"

"The check in process is quite unique, which is to use a phone app to unlock the doors. And the address given was inaccurate, it is supposed to be number 23D, and the address communicated to me by email was 23. Not a super big deal, but when you arrive in the evening, can be a bit complicated. The apartment itself is much smaller than expected. The bed is not very comfy, very low quality bedsheets, and we even found a bedbug. The air conditioner doesn’t work very well. There is only tiny trash...

"Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. Highly recommend this service.There were some issues with room that could be quick fixes-1) no bars or hooks for towels anywhere2) balcony doors misaligned so would not shut or lock. "This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm.
